Q: When will you be open?
We are working hard every day to open soon! While we are all anxious to open our doors, each piece of the museum is custom fabricated, specifically for our museum. While the building itself is ready; this custom fabrication happens off-site and must be installed. With six galleries and nearly 60 interactive exhibits, that's a LOT of pieces that need to come together. We promise to share exciting updates as we have them, so join our email list and follow us on Facebook and Instagram!
Q: Where is the Children’s Museum located?
We are located at 106 Memorial Parkway, Utica 13501 on the corner of Holland Avenue (look for the big, glass Rotunda!)
Q: How are the Museum and ICAN connected?
ICAN's Family Resource Center is a central hub where children, youth, and families across the region can access comprehensive services in a supportive, strengths-based, engaging, and client-centered environment. By combining a family-friendly Children's Museum and a fully functional social service hub, both organizations can increase access to services for children, youth, and families needing support while destigmatizing education, health, mental health, and behavioral health services.
Q: Are you hiring or accepting volunteers?
All of our job opportunities can be found here on our website! At this time we are not accepting any volunteers, but check back when we open!

The Children’s Museum will promote children's educational success by providing play-based experiences that are also aligned with the state’s Common Core Standards.
